4. User Eligibility

By using the Website or purchasing any Products or Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are fully able and competent to accept and comply with these Terms. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement or lack the legal authority to enter into a contract, you are not permitted to use the Website or make any purchases.

We may block access to the Website and Services in such restricted territories and update this list as necessary to remain compliant with all legal obligations.
By using our Website, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements above.
5. User Account
To access certain features of our Website, you may need to create a User Account. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or limit access to the Website, without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorised or fraudulent activity.
6. Service Packages, Payment, and Delivery
Service Packages
We offer three Service Packages so that you can choose the level of translation support that best fits your needs. Package availability and inclusions may vary by language pair and content type and will be confirmed at checkout:
- Economy: An efficient, budget-friendly option combining AI-assisted translation with a human quality check, suited to informal or lower-stakes content.
- Professional: Full translation by a qualified human linguist, supported by AI tools for consistency and efficiency, with standard delivery times — our most popular option for business and academic content.
- Premium: Priority handling by a specialist native-speaker translator (including, where relevant, specialists in rare languages and dialects), with an additional round of human proofreading and quality assurance, and expedited delivery.
Details of what is included in each Package, along with applicable prices, are displayed on the Website at the time of order and may change at our discretion. Any price changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Prices are shown in EUR and GBP, or such other real-world currency as we may offer from time to time; we do not operate an internal or virtual currency.
All Products and Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties regarding performance, results, or suitability. While we prioritise quality and reliability, outcomes may vary, and we assume no liability for errors, omissions, or results arising from use of the platform or the Products or Services.
Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and any other payment methods listed on the Website. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Refunds and Cancellations
For digital products, you have a 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law unless the content has already been downloaded. By purchasing and downloading digital products, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost once the download begins. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not function as intended.
For customers outside the UK, additional local consumer protection laws may apply. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed without undue delay, usually within 14 days of acceptance of the cancellation, or up to one month depending on your payment provider. Reimbursements will be made via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, and no fees will be charged for the refund.
Taxes and Fees
Prices for Products on our Website may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by governmental authorities. You are solely responsible for any such taxes or fees associated with your use of the Website.
Third-Party Payment Processors
We may use third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. These processors are PCI DSS compliant and operate under strict security standards. Their use is subject to the processors' own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for any actions, errors, or omissions by such third parties.
Purchase and Delivery
Upon successful payment for a Package, you will receive your order directly to your account. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the Package selected and the specific service or project requirements, and any deviation from the standard timeframe for your Package will be communicated to you in advance. If you encounter any issues or delays in receiving your translated materials, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Website, its Services, design, source code, and any content contained within them (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to us. We will remove any content or materials on the Website that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
